20/20 Systems' definition of Hardware Maintenance means no additional charges for time and materials and includes, where possible, recovery of software and installation on networks. Where we cannot repair we will replace like for like. The charges depend on the specific equipment covered and our customers choose whether to include all of their equipment or only the servers, PCs and printers which are essential to the operation of their businesses.
