We offer the option to purchase banks of hours, usually in 10 hour lots. This provides the following advantages over ad-hoc support:
- Lower hourly rate
- 1 hour minimum charge (ad-hoc: 2 hours)
- 8 hour response (ad-hoc: 24 hours)
- Telephone support, within reason
